Depósito para reservar: Toda cita requiere un depósito previo (sin excepción), el cual será descontado del total del servicio el día de la atención. Cambios y cancelaciones: El depósito solo será reembolsable si la cita es cancelada o modificada con un mínimo de 48 horas de anticipación. Cancelaciones fuera del plazo: Las cancelaciones realizadas con menos de 24 horas de anticipación no serán elegibles para reembolso del depósito. Inasistencia: La no presentación implicará la pérdida automática del depósito. Para reagendar, será necesario realizar un nuevo depósito. Tardanzas: Se concede un margen de 10 minutos de tolerancia.
